![]() Strawberry Kiwi Ice 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin 1/4 cup cold water 1 1/2 cups hot water 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 cups Strawberry Kiwi Kern's Nectar, chilled 5 large chopped fresh strawberries 2 peeled and chopped green or golden kiwifruit 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
SPRINKLE gelatin into cold water in large bowl; let stand for 5 to 10 minutes or until softened. Add hot water; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add sugar; stir
until dissolved. Stir in nectar, strawberries, kiwifruit, lime juice and lime peel.
POUR mixture into 9inchsquare baking pan. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. Spoon into serving dishes.
Makes about 6 servings.
