![]() Kern's Tropical Chocolate Fondue 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 cup Kern's Nectar, Peach, or Pineapple Orange Passion fruit 2 cups (11.5 ounce package) Milk Chocolate Morsels 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, cut into pieces 1/2 teaspoon orange extract or 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel Angel food cake squares, fresh fruit pieces or large marshmallows
DISSOLVE cornstarch in nectar; set aside. Place morsels and butter in small, heavy–duty saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat until melted. Slowly stir in nectar mixture. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
REDUCE heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in extract. Transfer to fondue pot. Serve with angel food cake squares, fresh fruit pieces or marshmallows.
Makes 2 cups.
