Apricot Date Shake
2 cups (about 4 large scoops) vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream
1 1/2 cups (11.5 fluid–ounce can) Apricot Kern's Nectar, chilled
1/2 cup chopped dates
PLACE frozen yogurt, nectar and dates in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
